Channing Bakes Bagels!
Don’t they look great! How would you put something on top, like sesame seeds or sea salt, if you flip them? And do you have access to lox to put on them? I have a great recipe to make your own homemade lox that I put on my bagels with sliced red onion, capers and olive oil. I’m trying to stick with Olive Oil and Sea Salt as key ingredients!

  1. misschacha said: I think you could sprinkle the seeds on top after the boiling but before the baking, and they might squish in a bit on the flip. I would also like to try cinnamon and raisins mixed into the dough. Lox yum!
